1. What are your shipping rates?
We provide FREE Australia wide shipping for all orders over $69. Shipping rates for orders under $69 will be calculated at checkout.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order should take 3-5 business days to arrive.
3. Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. We encourage you to double check that you have ordered the correct products before proceeding through the checkout. We do not offer refunds on digital products.
4. Can I get a refund if I have a change of mind?
We do not offer refunds due to change of mind.
5. What if my order is faulty or damaged?
If you receive faulty or damaged products, please contact us via email within 48 hours and provide a photo of the faulty or damaged goods. We will endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. The faulty or damaged products need to be returned before a replacement can be shipped out to you.
6. Can I use Lalirra Skin if I am pregnant?

7. What if I have an allergic reaction to your products?
Before purchasing our products, please refer to the product information tab on this website for more details on individual ingredients. It is best practice to know and understand your skin type. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately or within 7 days of receipt of the item.
